My IDEAS approach is to generally start with listening and observing. What does your business and marketing activity look like today and what do you want it to look like in the future? What do your customers, competitors, sales people, employees, shareholders, or partners say about you? I interview you and your team and we discuss your challenges, goals, and desired results. We agree on what success looks like and from there, and only there, can I proceed to outline projects, plans, programs, activities and/or campaigns.
